Property Location

The Indigo-Energy, Inc. Renner Tract is located in Green County, PA. at the southeast corner of Spring Hill Township and the southwest corner of Gilmore Township with approximately 28 acres in Battelle District of Monongalia County, WV.

The Renner Tract is approximately 4 miles northeast of Hundred, WV

Property Description

As a whole, the site is a series of connected valleys separated by ridges.

There is a gravel road around the perimeter of the Renner Tract which is in good repair and which provides access to all of the proposed drilling sites. Driving along the perimeter road, there are at least three and possibly four existing gas wells, with piping and condensate collection barrels. One of the wells is on property adjacent to the Renner Tract and two of the wells appear to be in the Renner Tract. Coming off the main perimeter road there are a number of smaller roads or lanes which provide access to the valley bottoms.

The right of way for the existing Dominion Gas collection pipeline, marked as pipeline 342, is clear on the ground, because the right of way has been cleared of all trees and the points at which the pipeline meets the perimeter road are marked with stakes.

The initial proposed location is very close to the Dominion Gas pipeline, which will make it simple for marketing of the natural gas. Under Pennsylvania law, wells must be no closer than 1,000 feet from each other, but the proposed well sites are still within a reasonable distance of the Dominion Gas line and each other.

A Practical Approach to Production

Indigo has entered into evergreen development and operating agreements with companies that will provide us with turnkey operating approachs for the existing acreage and for future exploration and production endeavors in the region. This will insure the company maintains sustainable property lease access and continuous, quality drilling and production resources for both our near term development and future growth targets.

Realistic Growth Targets

Base on varied studies, and input from our production associates, Indigo commenced drilling operations in April, 2006 and anticipates gas production entering transmission lines in June or July, 2006. Indigo expects to place approximately 30 production wells on our properties within the first year of active operations.

In addition, Indigo plans to aggressively pursue the acquisition of adjacent and/or additional leases to accommodate our ambitious growth plans.

Proven Marketing and Distribution Channels

Indigo will sell its production to existing petroleum pipelines and processors/refiners who are well established in the marketplace. Favorable contractual arrangement will insure Indigo’s long range profitability from the first delivery, whether it is to the pipeline wellhead or local product (crude) haulers. Site selection for tapping into transmission pipeline operated by Equitrans and/or Peoples Gas Company has already been established on two Indigo properties.
